I agree with your comments concerning the office of the president. I really do believe that we are a laughing stock of the civilized world when it comes to elected our leaders. Not only the president but state governors who were movie stars, WWF wrestlers, etc. Being a leader of a nation used to be a serious commitment of service to your country. Now it is just a popularity contest for the rich. Somehow this must stop!
